1、Production procedures
1.Preparation:Install horizontal heat sealing knife,bottom heat sealing knife,reinforced heat sealing knife,and install punching device.
2.Thread the film,set the EPC,align with the bag edge and pattern.
3.Adjust the bottom heat sealing knife,input the length dimension,and ensure that the position and direction of the knife are aligned.Use the above knife as a reference to adjust the knife and check whether the circular hole is circular.Set the photoelectric sensor.
4.Install the bottom film and fold it in the middle.Punch holes in the bottom adjustment film.
5.Adjust the horizontal heat sealing to align the position of the heat sealing blade with the printing position.
6.Strengthen the heat sealing block and apply pressure at the intersection of the four layers.
7.Adjust the cutting blade and edge cutting device.
8.Confirm and adjust the punching position and heat sealing position on the bottom of the self-supporting bag.Confirm and adjust the position of the horizontal heat sealing knife and strengthen the heat sealing block.Confirm the heat sealing strength and adjust the heat sealing temperature.
2、Key points of production
1.The tension of the bottom film should not be too high.If the tension is too high,the circular hole on the bottom will deform.The general tension is 0.05~0.2MPa.
2.The first group of heat sealing knives has higher pressure and lower temperature,while the second and third groups use normal temperature and pressure.
3.Adjust the spring pressure of the heat sealing block to zero,allowing only the self weight of the heat sealing device to function.
4.Silicone plates are generally used with a hardness of 50°,and when the sealing area is small,plates with a hardness of 70°are used.
5.During heat sealing,the oval shaped circular hole on the bottom can increase the waiting time by 100 minutes.
6.The speed of self standing bag making is generally 50-100 pieces/minute.
