3.In daily operations,it is important to take extra care of the tooling and pay attention to its maintenance and upkeep.Before driving or parking,it is necessary to clean the tooling in a timely manner and use a clean and soft cotton cloth soaked in a small amount of solvent to wipe off any adhesive or other dirt adhering to the surface of the coating roller and rubber roller,in order to prevent these adhesives from drying and affecting the uniformity of the coating,thereby reducing the occurrence of bubbles.In addition,for the coating roller,it is necessary to repeatedly brush the mesh holes with a brush or copper brush to completely eliminate the residual adhesive in the mesh holes as much as possible,so as to avoid clogging the mesh holes and affecting the amount and uniformity of coating.
